Well, this tuesday while I had just arrived home and was parking my car, I heard a screech and a thump sound. "Well, that's not normal/good", I thought, and as I looked at the car to determine what happened, I realized that the rear left tire was a lot closer to the wheel well than normal. Well, it turns out that the arm that holds the wheel broke free as I was hitting the brakes to stop. Then the car was towed to the car repair place, and examined. The price to fix it, and the safety of the car after repair made for a bad situation, so the car is basically done for. After finding out that no junk yards wanted it, it was decided to donate it to the Rawhide Boys Ranch (tax deductible), who will attempt to fix/sell it and then use the money to fund their operations. So, now I/we are in search for a new (or new to us) vehicle. So, if you know of any decent used vehicles for sale, I may be interested.
