I have begun working on a PHP language, module-based website creator thing. Modules can be easily installed by simply uploading a PHP script, and modules will be able to do all sorts of things, such as make news pages, calendars, polls, photo galleries, and just aboout anything else. The system currently also uses a customizable login/logout module so it can be tied in with an existing user account system. I have yet to figure out how I want to handle templating the display pages, although I'm likely to use some kind of template module for that? I might upload this to my website and provide a live demo once it gets more complete. By the way, I "stole" this idea from my boss who is working on a similar idea, and wants me to help him with it, so hopefully this will give me some ideas and experience.
