So, yeah, if you know anything about how the Internets work, what a webserver is, etc., then you'll get a kick out of this story about a city manager from Tuttle, OK (with 22 years of managing experience from some Internet company) who thought the maker of CentOS (operating system) "hacked" his/the city's website and threatened to call the FBI and everything.
