So, finals are over (finally), and the Christmas/(C)Hanukkah/holiday season begins. I shall be able to relax for a while until school starts again. The finals went well, from both my experience and from what scores I got back thus far. I may be getting a pay raise for working on the Lakeland College website, which will be great. Also, for all who care, we'll be launching a new website design some time in the next few months, which is taking a lot of work to convert existing pages over to the new template. Also on the topic of work, we (the student workers) have just been given two new PCs which are much faster than the old ones, and have fancy-schmancy rotating LCD monitors, and internal speakers, and stuff, yay!

I have also obtain-ified "It" (the electronic Science Club quiz bowl practice quizzer dealie) so that I can try to troubleshoot it and find out what is malfunctioning. It should be fairly simple since there are only 3 ICs inside, one of which I know is working already (because the LED that is supposed to blink on and off actually blinks on and off). I am currently thinking that one of the other two ICs are bad, a diode may have fried, or there is some wiring problem that somehow was introduced since manufacture (i.e. a short, or a loose wire).
