News item #41; "The Shame of Tombstone" on 04/19/04:
Previous Next
Well, on Friday night, I went to see the "Shame of Tombstone", and it was great. The play was very funny, especially during the intermission, where we were treated to a spoof of the Stuart skit from Mad TV. The play itself was very interesting, and funny as well. The hour and a half play was very well acted, had a good cast, and really got you involved into the storyline. And of course when the wall sections accidentally fell on Ole Timer (Andy G.), or when the leg on the chair broke when Judge Mortimer Harshley (Jacob J.) was sitting on it were pretty funny. Overall, the play was definately worth the $5.00 to see it. I would definately suggest that you build a time-machine, travel backwards through time, and see this play if you haven't already.
