I have finally released HTMLedit version 1.00. Its webpage can be viewed here. HTMLedit (or HTML edit, if you prefer) allows you to rapidly develop simple webpages using a Notepad-like interface, but with a twist: pressing F5 loads the current page in an Internet Explorer test page, and F6 loads it using the full-blown IE program.
